Questions? We've got you.
Everything you need to know about your tickets, the app, and how eventflo works.
Accessing Your Ticket & The App
No — the app isn't required, it's just the fastest and smoothest way to access your ticket on event day. You've got options:
1. The app (recommended) — your ticket lives here as a live, moving QR code, so you're covered even if your signal drops at the gate.
2. Email — your confirmation email links you straight to your ticket, and a one-time passcode (OTP) logs you in, no app needed.
3. Web login — head to eventflo.io/login and your ticket's ready to scan.
We recommend the app so your ticket's always on hand on the day, but the choice is yours.
Of course, that's no problem at all. You can access your ticket straight from your phone's web browser instead:
1. Open the web browser on your phone.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Your ticket will be ready and waiting there to scan at the door.
Try these steps in order:
1. Try logging in via your phone's web browser rather than the app.
2. Make sure you're typing your email address in directly — avoid tapping 'Continue with Google' or 'Sign in with Apple'.
3. Not receiving your one-time passcode? Check your spam/junk folder.
4. Still nothing, and you used a work email? Try logging in with a personal email address instead.
5. Logged in but can't see your tickets? You may have accidentally created a duplicate account. Email us at support@eventflo.io.
You'll receive an email confirmation with your transaction ID, a breakdown of what you paid, and a link to access your account. Your actual ticket won't be sent in that email — it's a live QR code that can only be accessed through your account, to prevent fraud.
That's no problem. You can be checked in manually at the door, as long as you have:
1. A valid proof of ID, and
2. The email address used to purchase the ticket.
Your ticket will still load even if your connection is low. Just make sure you have the app open as you get into the queue. The screen will also automatically brighten when your ticket is open to make scanning quick and easy at the gate.
FloSale
FloSale is presale made easier. Select your ticket quantity and tier, drop in your card details, and when the ballot runs you don't need to be online. If your spot is selected, your card is charged automatically and your tickets are sent to you.
If you're unsuccessful in the FloSale ballot, you'll still be given first dibs on presale tickets before they go on to general on sale.
Yes — you've got full flexibility right up until the FloSale ballot closes. You can edit your ticket quantity, rank your tier preferences, or cancel your pre-authorisation at any time. You'll also receive an email reminder before the ballot runs.
When the ballot draws your spot, we'll attempt to charge the card you've pre-authorised. If the payment doesn't go through (sometimes due to a bank-side block), we're unable to re-attempt it once the ballot has closed. Make sure your card details are correct and up to date before the ballot runs.
Ticket Transfers
Yes, you can. Ticket transfers are switched on by the organiser, so the option isn't always available. If you don't see it yet, check back closer to the event date.
1. Open the app or web browser and log in.
2. Navigate to the ticket you'd like to transfer.
3. Hit Transfer.
4. Send the ticket via the recipient's email address or phone number.
The recipient will receive an invitation to claim the ticket — they'll need to open the link, claim the ticket, and log in to access it on event day.
Yes, as long as it hasn't been claimed yet:
1. Log in via the web browser.
2. Navigate to Transfers.
3. Cancel the pending transfer.
If the ticket has already been claimed, email us at support@eventflo.io and we'll sort it out.
Ticket Resale
All resales happen directly through the eventflo platform. Because every ticket is a live QR code, reselling through eventflo guarantees the ticket is verified and genuine — whether you're buying or selling.
The price structure is in place to protect the integrity of the event. It ensures tickets are resold fairly so no one is profiting off the back of the organiser's event. It keeps things fair for genuine fans and for the people putting the event on.
No — tickets can only be resold through the eventflo platform. Because every ticket is a live QR code, tickets sold through third-party sites or privately can’t be verified. Screenshots will not be accepted at the gate.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the ticket you'd like to resell.
3. Hit Resell.
4. Confirm the details — you'll see the transaction fee that will be deducted and the final price your ticket will be listed for.
As soon as someone purchases your ticket, you'll receive an instant payout. No waiting around.
Yes. When you go through the resale process, you’ll also be given a link you can send directly to a friend so they can purchase that exact ticket from you.
General
eventflo exists to make tickets safer, simpler, and fairer — for fans and for the people putting on the events you love. Every ticket is a live, verified QR code tied to your account, so it can't be faked, duplicated, or scalped, and there's no password to forget or screenshot to dig for at the gate.
That's the short version — there's a bigger story behind why we're building this.
Yes. As a standard across all venues and events, you'll need valid ID for entry. We'd recommend having it ready along with your ticket as you get into the queue.
Refund policies are set by the event organiser rather than eventflo, so they vary from event to event. For anything refund-related, you'll need to contact the organiser directly.
Absolutely. Our team is here to help — just email us at support@eventflo.io and we’ll get back to you.
Yes, we do accept Afterpay & Zip Pay. The one exception is FloSale — they can't be used for FloSale purchases.
If an event is cancelled, automatic refunds are typically processed. You'll receive notification and refund details via email.
