A presale designed for fans, not bots

A presale system designed for fans, not bots.

eventflo exists to build a fair, secure, connected event world for fans, organisers and artists. FloSale is one of the most visible ways we do that. Here's why we built it and exactly how to use it.

The really short version

You know the drill. Big event on sale at 9am. You set an alarm, sit at your laptop, load early and wait. 9am hits and you're in a 45-minute queue — battling people with multiple browsers, faster internet and bots.

Finally through, and either there are no tickets left or you're offered a Fourth Release way above what you'd pay. 45 minutes wasted.

Think of it as an online queue without the wait

Here's the part most people miss. When you get popped into a queue on a normal on-sale, the system is already randomly allocating your spot in line — it's not first-come-first-served. The 45-minute wait isn't doing anything fair; it's just making you sit there refreshing.

FloSale does the exact same random allocation. The only difference is it automates the purchase so you don't spend your morning glued to a loading screen. Same fairness, none of the chaos.

How FloSale works

Sign up and you've got two options — both giving you access ahead of the general public. You choose how hands-on you want to be.

Option 1

Sign up for pre-access

Drop in your name, email and phone. You get presale access before the general public — when the window opens, you log in, pick tickets and buy.

Option 2

Drop your card and let FloSale handle the rest

Add your card at sign-up and the system does the work. You pick your preferences (ticket type, quantity). When tickets go live, every pre-authorised fan is randomly assigned a queue position. The system works top to bottom, checking each fan's preferences against availability — if yours are still available your card is charged automatically and the tickets land in your wallet. If not, there's no charge, and you can still buy in the standard presale window.

You stay in control

  • A reminder email 24 hours before tickets go live.
  • Cancel your pre-auth anytime before tickets go on sale.
  • Update your ticket quantity anytime.

Everything's in your confirmation email.

A quick note for organisers

Organisers can choose FloSale or a traditional presale. FloSale is typically used for high-demand events where a normal on-sale would crash and frustrate fans.

If your favourite event switched to FloSale, that's usually a sign demand is significant — and a fair ballot is the only way to give everyone a real shot.

TL;DR
  • An online queue without the wait — same random allocation, none of the chaos
  • Sign up before the on-sale window closes — name, email, phone
  • Add card details if you want it fully automated
  • The system works top to bottom, auto-charging where preferences match availability
  • You’re in control — cancel or update anytime before tickets go live
  • Reminder email 24 hours before
