The simple way to get in the door

The simple way to get in the door without the chaos — for you and your mates.

eventflo exists to build a fair, secure, connected event world for fans, organisers and artists. We do things a little differently — here's how it all works and how to make the most of it.

Why your ticket lives in a wallet, not your inbox

At pretty much every major event on legacy ticketing, 10–20 fans show up with tickets sold to multiple people — real money, real excitement, turned away because someone else scanned in first. It happens every weekend, and it's heartbreaking.

eventflo tickets are tied to a verified account with a dynamic barcode that can't be screenshotted, duplicated or sold to multiple people. They live in your eventflo wallet (app or web) — always in the same place, always with you, impossible to lose in the inbox void.

Accessing your ticket after you buy

The moment your purchase goes through, your ticket is in your wallet — and you also get a confirmation email with a direct link. Two ways to reach it:

1

The eventflo app (easiest)

Download once, log in with your verified email, and your tickets live there forever. Future events appear automatically — no digging through emails on event day.

2

The web wallet (no app required)

Open the link in your confirmation email and your ticket loads straight in your browser. Works on any phone — like a PDF, but faster, more secure, and impossible to lose.

No smartphone? No worries

Just arrive at the venue with photo ID. The scanning system checks your name against your ID and checks you in manually.

Sending a ticket to a friend

The old PDF way was to screenshot it to a mate — but the same screenshot could go to twenty people, and only the first one scans in. eventflo transfers keep the ticket secure all the way to your friend's wallet. Three ways to send:

  • By email — they get a claim link.
  • By phone number — sent via SMS.
  • Copy the claim link — share it via WhatsApp, iMessage or Messenger.

Once claimed, the ticket moves to their wallet and yours disappears.

At the door

Open your wallet, show the ticket, the dynamic barcode scans, and you're in. It works offline too — when the venue Wi-Fi is hopeless, your ticket still scans. No fumbling, no waiting.

TL;DR
  • Your ticket is verified — it can’t be duplicated, faked or sold to multiple people
  • It lives in your wallet, always with you
  • The app is easiest; don’t want it? Use the web wallet from your confirmation email
  • No smartphone? Show photo ID and we check you in manually
  • Transfers take seconds — email, phone, or a private link
  • Entry is fast — dynamic barcodes and offline scanning
